Pacifica
The Pacifica Project is located in the city of Costa Mesa at the confluence of State Route 55/Newport Freeway and Harbor Blvd. South Coast has been retained by the court appointed receiver to provide various asset management, due diligence, sales and marketing services for the 28 remaining units.

Pepper Court
Pepper Court is located in the City of San Bernardino and contains 14 single family detached homes. South Coast has been retained by the lender and Receiver to provide asset management, construction management, due diligence, sales and marketing.

Ivy Court
Ivy Court is located in the city of Fontana near State Route 66/Foothill Blvd. The project was a bank foreclosure that began as a Receivership Estate. South Coast was responsible for completing construction and re-acquiring permits, which had expired. The firm was also responsible for overseeing the sales of the completed homes.

2050 Main Street
The project was constructed and partially leased when the property went into default. The subcontractors filed millions of dollars in Mechanics Liens and Stop Notices. South Coast was retained to provide a forensic accounting and analysis of each lien claim. South Coast was able to work with the title company to remove claims which were facially invalid. After completing the analysis, South Coast was responsible for contacting each claimant and negotiating on behalf of the bank.
